Shipping Information

At The Plants, we strive to deliver your plants with care and convenience, right to your doorstep.

🌿 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all of Peninsular Malaysia for most of our plant collections. However, some larger or more delicate items are available exclusively within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas due to logistical constraints.


🚚 Order Processing & Shipping Methods

  • Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak or festive seasons, preparation may take slightly longer — we recommend ordering early to avoid last-minute delays.

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Tracked Courier Delivery (Default)

For most addresses in Peninsular Malaysia, we ship via tracked courier. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Local Dispatch Delivery (Klang Valley only)

If you’re located within the Klang Valley, we offer delivery by local dispatch. While we’ll do our best to meet your preferred delivery date, we are unable to guarantee a specific time slot as it depends on the actual route and traffic conditions. Most deliveries occur during standard working hours, including Saturdays (no delivery on Sundays).


📦 Packaging & Care

Our packaging is specially designed to secure your plants during transit and minimize movement of soil. However, a small amount of loose soil is normal due to long-distance handling and should not be considered a defect.


🏡 Delivery Locations & Restrictions

For remote or hard-to-reach areas that may not be serviceable by our courier partners, please contact us in advance with your postcode to confirm delivery availability. Additional charges may apply for extended zones, based on current market delivery rates.


📍 Delivery Policy

  • Landed homes: Delivery is deemed complete once the parcel is dropped off at your gate or guardhouse.

  • High-rise buildings: Delivery will be made to the reception, lobby, guardhouse, or parcel room.

If you’d like help bringing the items to your unit, you may request this from the delivery personnel directly at your own discretion. Please note that our delivery does not include in-home plant placement. We are not liable for any loss or damages should you choose to allow the delivery person into your premises.


📞 Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel upon first delivery attempt.

Failure to do so may result in the plants being stored at the courier warehouse for an extended period, which could affect plant quality. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details.
