Return & Refund Policy – The Plants

At The Plants, we’re here to help make your plant journey easy and stress-free. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policy so you know what to expect if something goes wrong.


🌱 Refunds & Order Cancellations

We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll refund you and return the money to your original payment method. How fast it reaches you depends on your bank.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. But if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can WhatsApp us 017-9064816 right away to request any changes. We’ll try our best to help. Once your order is shipped, changes can’t be made.

We may cancel or refund your order if an item becomes unavailable. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.


🪴 Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns if your item is wrong or damaged.

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or something is missing, WhatsApp us at 017-9064816 within 3 days of receiving your order. Please send your order number and photos of the issue. If it’s reported after 3 days, we won’t be able to offer a replacement.

Once we review your case, we’ll let you know if you’re eligible for a replacement. If approved, we’ll send you a new item within 3 working days.


🌿 7-Day Plant Guarantee

All our plants come with a 7-day guarantee from the day they are delivered. We understand that caring for plants can feel intimidating at first, so this promise is here to give you peace of mind.

If your plant arrives damaged, or your plant doesn’t survive within the first 7 days, send us an email at hello@theplants.com.my or WhatsApp us at 017-9064816. Include your order number and photos of the problem. Once we verify it, we’ll send you a replacement on the next available delivery date.

  • Only one replacement is allowed per order.

  • Make sure to collect your parcel within 24 hours if the first delivery wasn’t successful and it’s held by the courier.

  • Please don’t repot your plant within 7 days – this can affect its health and void the guarantee.

  • It’s normal for a bit of soil to spill during delivery – plants can get a little messy!

If you haven’t received your order or tracking update within 7 days, just contact us and we’ll check it out.
